My wife and I have just completed a three-year term of postgraduate studies.
After completing our first year of graduate studies, we decided to move to a house in a different part of the city.
Our house is on the outskirts of Kolkata and the neighbourhood is quiet and quiet.
We moved to a new house at night, so that we could not disturb our neighbours.
Our landlord did not let us use the Internet during the night.
The next day, I received an email that my lease had expired.
We had to go through an interview with our landlord.
After the interview, I got a call from my landlord telling me that my landlord would be transferring my lease from the old one to the new one.
We were informed that we would be paying Rs 2 lakh a month.
Our monthly rent was Rs 25,000.
After this transfer, the rent would be Rs 40,000 per month.
In addition to our rent, we were also asked to pay Rs 1,000 a month towards our electricity bill.
We have been paying the electricity bill since May, 2019, when the electricity was provided to us by our utility.
After a month of waiting, I finally received a call asking me to pay the electricity.
After some time, I told my landlord to pay my electricity bill and that he would provide me with my lease.
I also explained to him that my family lives on the same street and that they are also receiving electricity.
My landlord told me that he had not transferred the lease to me and that the rent for the apartment was Rs 20,000 and that we were not to complain about the electricity since we were paying Rs 1 lakh for electricity.
The landlord also told me to send my rent bill by February.
I sent my rent by February, but I was told by the landlord that the lease was cancelled by the utility.
In the last month of the lease, my rent has been raised to Rs 40 000 a month, and I am now paying Rs 25 000.
My electricity bill has been increased to Rs 20 000 a week.
I am also paying Rs 50 000 a day towards the rent of the apartment.
After receiving the bill, I informed my landlord that he should not have given us a lease and should have taken my rent as rent.
The other tenants also told us that the landlord had not moved the lease or transferred the tenant to another house.
In fact, the lease is still with the utility company and it is still paying the bill.
Why am I being asked to provide rent for electricity and rent for internet access?
Why are my internet connection and electricity bills being increased to such a high amount?
Is this the normal procedure in Kolkataka?
When I was at university, I had a student loan.
The loan amount was Rs 2.7 lakh.
My parents were working as teachers.
The students had to pay their rent, but the student loan did not cover the electricity and internet.
My father was employed by the government and we had to buy food for the family.
The government gave us electricity to the house and the internet connection to the university.
I was the only student and my parents worked as house cleaners.
My wife worked in a factory and the government gave her electricity to her house and internet connection for the school.
I did not receive any money from the government.
I had no money from my parents.
Why are these internet and electricity fees being charged to the tenants?
Is the government giving these money to the landlords to pay rent?
Are these payments made in lieu of electricity and electricity for the students?
Is there any other subsidy for these students that they have not received?
I have a question about this.
I would like to know if the government is giving the subsidy to the parents of the students.
I have already asked the authorities in the city and district administration to investigate.
Please let me know if this is the case.
