Apple is also still up more on Android phones, with Android phones now up $3.75 a month, compared to last year.
Google/Android dropped to more than 50 cents a month on new devices, down 50% from a year earlier.
The company said it would continue to offer new devices for sale for $30 to $50 a month after March 30.
Microsoft, at $59.99 on the Surface Pro 3, has dropped a bit in the last few months.
Microsoft has also dropped its price of the $249 Surface Book by about $15, and its Surface Pro 4 by about 50% to $249.
Microsoft also dropped the price of its Surface Book 2 by about 20% in December.
